Accomodation for 6 people with garden, private parking place.
The house is composed by a living room, a full equiped kitchen, 3 bedroom and a bathroom.

Exterior :
at the front a paved courtyard closed by a gate with a private parking space,
at the back a garden with terrace, electric blind, garden table and chairs, deckchairs, a barbecue. A washing machine and a sink.

Inside the house:

An American kitchen : pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and electric kettle, toaster, abundant crockery.
A dining room part : a wooden table and chairs, sideboard.
A lounge area: a sofa and 2 armchairs, coffee table, flat screen television, insert, bay window overlooking the front courtyard.
A mezzanine with a single bed.
2. Bedroom 1: a 140 cm bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe, a draw sheet and blanket, pillows.
3. Bedroom 2 : 2 beds of 90 cm, bedside tables, a chest of drawers.
4. Bedroom 3 : 1 bed of 140 cm with bedside tables and a wardrobe.
5. Bathroom : washbasin, 2 basins and a bathtub.
6. An independent WC.
Heated by wall-mounted electric convectors.
Living room with wood heating provided by the owner.
Possibility to rent sheets, towels, tea towels.
On request: childcare equipment: cot, high chair, baby bathtub.
