Very pretty house on one level with two bedrooms and a shaded garden. It is in a very calm district of St Clément, at the edge of the wild coast that is our house. It is very bright and decorated with care. It benefits from a garden of 360 m². The house is located in a privileged place at the end of the village of St Clément in the direction of the lighthouse, the beach of Conche and Portes. The wild coast is 2 minutes walk (150 m) and the evening sunsets on the sea are simply beautiful! We never tire of admiring the landscape according to the changes of tide. In the garden the sound of the sea according to the wind is very present. The house renovated in 2015, is 75 m² and consists of a large living room (35m²) with a lounge area, a dining area and a kitchen - a bedroom with a bed 140 - a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed 90 - bathroom with walk-in shower - separate toilet - laundry area with washing machine - veranda with sitting area opening onto the garden - bike shed - Wifi.
