    Through the small-scale, artisanal and innovative production of Nos Huitres®, our team wishes to offer an unforgettable experience to both professional gourmets and novice consumers. The aim is to convey all the local flavours of this extraordinary site in a high quality product for gourmets in search of new culinary adventures.

    This production is limited to a few hectares of clearings and is carried out at a traditional extensive cultivation density. Sea water is added periodically and changes according to the quality of the tides and the climate.

    Our French oysters are grown for a minimum of 3 to 6 months on the estate. The aesthetic and organoleptic qualities of our product evolve with the natural seasons and it is available in several ranges.
