La Cabane des Sauniers

The Coopérative des Sauniers de l'île de Ré brings together 70 salt producers and employs more than 20 people all year round.

At the Cabane des Sauniers in Ars-en-Ré, route de la Prée, in front of the Cooperative, you will find all the flavours of the Ile de Ré: the essential salt ranges of the Sauniers de l'île de Ré (Coarse salt, Fleur de sel, fine salt, salt with herbs) but also other local products.
